Jackson Horn was born and raised in Aspen, and real estate is woven into the fabric of his life. A third-generation Aspen Realtor, Jackson continues a family tradition of serving the community and its clients with an intimate understanding of the people, properties, and places that make the Roaring Fork Valley unique.

Licensed in 2011, Jackson has built his career around deep local knowledge, long-standing relationships, and a thoughtful, highly personalized approach to real estate. His connection to Aspen runs generations deep, giving him an uncommon perspective on the evolution of the community and its real estate market. Over the course of his career, Jackson and the Coates Horn Team have represented buyers and sellers across a range of luxury properties and transactions, collectively handling well over $250 million in real estate sales.

Jackson's commitment to his profession and community extends well beyond his individual transactions. He has served for nine years on the Aspen Board of REALTORS® and served as President of the Mountain District for the Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR). He was also honored as Aspen REALTOR® of the Year in 2019. These leadership roles reflect his longstanding involvement in the real estate community and his commitment to maintaining strong professional standards throughout Colorado.

Real estate is also a shared language at home. Jackson's wife, Maggie Martin, has been a Realtor in Telluride since 2014 and, like Jackson, comes from a family of Realtors. Their careers in two of Colorado's premier mountain communities give them a unique ability to talk shop, exchange market perspectives, and support one another while independently serving their clients in the Colorado luxury mountain real estate market.

For Jackson, real estate is about far more than buying and selling property. It is about understanding the character of a place, recognizing the opportunities within a market, and building lasting relationships with the people who entrust him with some of their most significant investments.
