Minette Stapleton

Minette first visited Aspen in the summer of 1989 and, like many, never left. Her passion for the outdoors and the Aspen lifestyle has given her deep roots both personally and professionally in the Colorado Rockies.⁠ For Minette, real estate has always been a family affair. Her father was director of the School of Architecture at the University of Arizona and her mother was an engineer working in construction management. Minette literally grew up on job sites, fostering an appreciation for development, architecture, and design. Today, real estate is a full-time passion.⁠

Minette brings more than twenty years of luxury retail sales experience and a loyal clientele to her real estate business. With an extraordinary attention to detail, commitment to service, and the highest level of integrity, Minette has built long-lasting business friendships critical to success in this competitive marketplace.⁠ ⁠ Since moving to Aspen, she has been involved in several redevelopment projects and has a flair for spotting opportunity. Green-minded, Minette draws from her early studies in energy engineering and alternative resources at the University of Arizona and applies that sensibility when advising her clients. A deep believer in philanthropy and the importance of "giving back," she also served on the LIFT-UP board for over 20 years.⁠

Minette is married to local sporting hero David Stapleton, a former U.S. Ski Team World Cup Racer whose pioneering ranching family homesteaded in Aspen in 1881.
