Steve Harriage brings 28 years of new development real estate experience across Colorado, Las Vegas, and Mexico to his role as Director of New Development Sales at MontHaus. Over the course of his career, he has worked on 29 world-class new developments, partnering with premier developers including Intrawest, East West Partners, Atira Group, and Related Companies in both New York and Miami.

Steve's portfolio spans some of the most sought-after mountain and resort communities in the country, with expertise covering the full range of luxury real estate, including single-family residences, townhomes, condominiums, vacant land, and fractional ownership. 

Steve's journey in the Roaring Fork Valley began in 2004, when he moved to Aspen/Snowmass to sell the first phase of the Snowmass Base Village development, and quickly fell in love with the valley. Since then, he has built a career defined by deep market knowledge, a passion for new development sales, and a genuine commitment to his clients. 

What sets Steve apart is his ability to connect people with their perfect mountain vacation home. He finds the greatest reward in helping clients and their families discover the lifestyle that comes with living in the Rockies, and many of these relationships have grown into lasting friendships along the way. Known by both peers and clients for his integrity, knowledge, and passion, Steve now brings that same dedication to leading MontHaus's New Development Sales Division. 

When he's not working, Steve can be found fly fishing and hiking with his dog Fin, or out on the golf course and the ski slopes enjoying everything the mountains have to offer.
