This is the last large parcel of land bordering Buena Vista City Limits available for development.

This 200 Acres also borders Hundreds of Acres of State Lands to the south that will never be developed. That land is called Maxwell Park and has an abundance of Wildlife. Elk Deer Moose and Antelope. To the West is the Chicago Ranch Open Space, 440 acres owned by the city of Buena Vista with hiking/biking trails and various parks planned within this area. County Road 319 is the East boundary for 1/2 mile, Buena Vista City Limits is the north boundary. The incredible Mountain Views from this parcel can never be obstructed.
