Lynn has been selling real estate in the Eagle Vally for four decades. Because of her affable charm and endless knowledge of the area, Lynn has bought and sold properties for two – almost three – generations of clients.
Before her successful real estate career, Lynn migrated to the valley in 1976 from Delaware, and enjoyed the carefree, early days of Vail. She was one of the original Vail ski bums, working the race crew for 15 years and opening the venerable Sweet Basil restaurant.
She has also been involved heavily in the community, volunteering for the Vail Valley Foundation and supporting many great causes. A huge dog lover, Lynn has adopted many unwanted and abandoned orphans, and all of them cannot believe their luck! Lynn gives them the best life a dog could ask for, full of love, attention, and the very best treats.
Lynn is an avid skier and a tournament golfer. She enjoys everything the valley offers.
Throughout the decades, Lynn has experienced the incredible growth and development of the valley and knows the market extremely well. Her historical knowledge is unparalleled.

She has managed to make lifelong friends with many of her clients. They continue to ski and golf together and remain close years after their real estate transactions are concluded.
